The reports section of your admin dashboard (e.g. https://yourbrand-dashboard.web.app — your exact URL is provided during onboarding) turns order data into decisions: sales summaries and order lists, item-wise and outlet-wise performance, customer leaderboards, earnings and settlements, edited and cancelled order tracking, plus dedicated reports for every loyalty and marketing feature. This page is the map — what exists and where it lives.
Where to find it
Dashboard → Reports (/reports/order-list). Admins and co-admins see all reports; outlet, franchise, and zone roles see reports scoped to their own outlets. Each outlet also has its own report view at /outlet/manage/:outletID/reports.
Every report runs over a date range you choose, most offer additional filters, and list reports support CSV export (with personal data masked in the export) for your accountant or spreadsheet work.
