What is Supaorder?
Supaorder is a white-label ordering platform for restaurants. Instead of listing your restaurant on a marketplace alongside your competitors, you get your own branded ordering apps — a customer mobile app (iOS and Android), a web ordering site, a partner app for your team, and an admin dashboard to run it all. Your logo, your colors, your customers, your data.
The zero-commission model
Section titled “The zero-commission model”Most third-party delivery marketplaces charge a percentage of every order — often 5–30%. Supaorder works differently:
- Flat monthly fee per location. You pay a fixed subscription for each location you run, regardless of how many orders that location takes. Groups pay less per location as they grow.
- Zero commission. You keep 100% of the revenue from every order. Payments go through your own payment account, not ours.
- No contracts or lock-in. Month-to-month billing with no long-term commitments.
The arithmetic is straightforward: a flat fee costs the same whether a location takes fifty orders a month or five thousand, while a commission grows with every one of them. Work out what a percentage of your own monthly order value would be, and compare. Current prices, in your currency, are on the Supaorder pricing page.

Who uses which app
Section titled “Who uses which app”Supaorder is a family of apps, each built for a specific person in your operation:
- Your customers order from your branded mobile app or web ordering site.
- You and your managers run the business from the admin dashboard — it covers menu, pricing, payments, zones, staff, marketing, and reports. Every menu in it is mapped in the dashboard navigation map.
- Your kitchen and counter staff manage incoming orders from the partner app on a phone or tablet.
- Your drivers receive and complete deliveries from the same partner app, in driver mode.
- Walk-in customers can order themselves at a self-order kiosk, or be served at the POS register.
- Your kitchen can work from a kitchen display instead of printed tickets.
- The in-store tablet is a loyalty counter, not an ordering screen — a walk-in enters their phone number and sees their points and vouchers.

Order types supported
Section titled “Order types supported”Supaorder supports every way your customers want to order:
- Delivery — with your own drivers, automatic dispatch, or third-party delivery networks.
- Takeaway / pickup — customers order ahead and collect when the order is ready.
- Dine-in QR ordering — customers scan a QR code at the table, order, and pay from their phone.
- Scheduled orders — customers place orders hours or days in advance for a chosen time slot.
Getting set up
Section titled “Getting set up”Setup is guided and usually takes days rather than weeks: the Supaorder team helps with onboarding, menu migration, and brand customization, and your staff get training before launch.
Your first practical steps are simple: log in to the dashboard with the credentials from onboarding, then work through the launch checklist. When you’re hunting for a specific setting later, the dashboard navigation map lists every menu and where it leads.
