Modules & system

Two things decide what you can actually see and do in the dashboard: which modules your plan includes, and whether the background jobs behind scheduled work are running.

The Modules page lists what is switched on for your account, in three groups:

  • Business modules — the verticals you sell in.
  • Feature modules — Wallet, Referral, Membership, Reward, and the earnings and settlement suites.
  • Premium add-ons — the Dispatcher Panel, receipt printing, multi-currency, your own drivers, multi-outlet ordering.

A module that is off is not merely hidden — its menus, its settings pages and its reports are all gated. If a report you expected is missing, check here first; a locked card links straight through.

Your account details and sign-in security live alongside it at Account (/billing/account) and Security (/billing/security).

A lot of the platform runs on a schedule rather than on a click: dispatch timeouts and retries, order auto-accept and auto-complete, campaign sends, membership renewals and dunning, reward expiry, customer segmentation recalculation, payment reconciliation, refund and notification retries.

Two controls matter to you.

Cron Telemetry (/configuration/cron-telemetry) is a read-only view of what has actually run and when. It is the first place to look when something that should happen automatically has not — a campaign that never sent, a membership that never renewed, a reward that never expired.

Disabled tasks, under Dashboard → Settings → Configuration → Feature (/settings/settings/feature-settings) in the System section, let you pause an individual job. This is a maintenance tool, not a configuration one: pausing dispatch retries or membership dunning stops real work from happening, silently, until you switch it back on.

There is also a master switch for scheduled work in Dashboard → Settings → Configuration → Brand (/settings/settings/brand-settings). Leave it on.

Messages sent through your contact form arrive at Dashboard → Operations → Contact Submissions (/settings/contact-form/list), where you can read and delete them. The subjects customers can choose from are configurable in Misc settings.

It is worth assigning someone to check this. Contact-form messages are usually either a problem with an order or a genuine sales enquiry, and both go stale fast.
