Changelog

Product and documentation changes, newest first. Dated by when the change reached these docs.

Pricing is per location. Supaorder moved from a single flat subscription covering up to three locations to a flat fee per location, which falls as a group grows. What is Supaorder? described the old model and now describes this one. No price appears in these docs — the pricing page carries the current figures in your currency.

Navigation map trimmed to the dashboard. Dashboard navigation map listed five /approval/* screens — the onboarding forms and tenant policy pages a customer or driver opens without signing in. They are real screens, but not screens in the admin dashboard, so they no longer appear on a page that says it lists the dashboard.

Documentation rebuilt. Both docs sites were rewritten against the current product after a six-week gap in which a great deal shipped undocumented.

New sections:

New operator pages: Availability (replacing two partial pages with the unified model), Prep time, Order automation, Customer segments, Refunds & disputes and Modules & system.

The campaign products are now documented separately — see Choosing a campaign type. What was one “voucher campaigns” page is now Marketing Promotions and Marketing Autopilot, and “marketing campaigns” is Broadcast, matching the names the dashboard uses.

Corrections. Every dashboard address and menu path in these docs is now checked against the dashboard’s own routing at build time. That found 18 wrong addresses, one screen described that does not exist, and 148 menu paths still describing the menu as it was before it was reorganised.

Availability was unified across every surface. Pausing an outlet and disabling one became genuinely different actions: pause is temporary and stops online ordering only; disable is indefinite and stops everything including the register. Pauses gained an optional end time and reason. Timed enable and disable now works consistently across menus, categories, dishes, add-on groups and add-on options. See Availability.

Operating hours are explicitly not an ordering gate, which is what makes ordering ahead work.

Kiosk gained vouchers, channel-scoped charges and its own price book — an dish can now be priced differently, or hidden entirely, on the kiosk. See Self-order kiosk.

App-store review devices. A device can be flagged for review so its enrolment codes are multi-use with a long expiry, letting an app-store reviewer enrol without help. See Devices & staff PINs.

Devices became one registry. Kiosks, registers, kitchen displays and in-store tablets are managed together, with 8-character enrolment codes, remote deactivation, per-device configuration and telemetry.

Staff PINs arrived for the register, with manager approval enforced on the server for refunds and manual discounts.

Kiosk, POS register and kitchen display shipped through 2026, together with card-present terminal payments on the kiosk and register, dine-in QR ordering, and server-side prep time.
